Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address submitted through a search box is sent to the provider that supplies that result service. Dracut Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message sent to us contains the information in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services may create ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, page requests, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate for maintenance and traffic measurement. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Technical Data Is Used
Technical information helps operate the reference, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, library, archive, or third-party search services. Their own privacy terms govern information sent to them. The same is true for sponsored results provided by an outside company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the reference may process server logs. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and not otherwise.
Safeguards
The reference uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, no password or account profile is stored here.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where a visitor lives, laws may provide rights to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website keeps. Because this reference keeps little information, we can review the contact mailbox and relevant logs when asked through the Contact page. Public records controlled by Dracut, Middlesex County, or Massachusetts offices are outside our control. Questions about a government record, including an exemption or redaction under Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c. 66, ยงยง 1-10, belong with the custodian.
